Not necessarily. If the SAP assessment meets the applicable requirements using permitted thermal bridging values, bespoke PSI calculations may not be required. We typically need scaled construction details, dimensions, material specifications, insulation arrangements and information about the adjoining building elements. The more detailed and accurate the construction information, the more representative the thermal model will be.
